Day 13 London

 I never saw such a beautiful weather in May in London !  Wow!  It is like summer.  The sun is up, day after day !

Today was another day of departures and arrivals.  Nancy and Joelle left for Paris, via the Eurostar and Julianne and Jade left for the Premier Inn, in Marylebone area.  

 

In the meantime, I was waiting for Chantal and Raymond to arrive.  There flight was delayed so was their arrival.  They finally landed around 11h30 and they arrived at South Kensington Station a little bit passed 13h30.  I was there to greeted them.  We walked to the house and I they settled, I prepared a lunch.  

After the lunch, we went for a walk in Battersea park.  Chantal and Raymond are on their third visit in London, but it was a first time they saw Battersea park.  A very plaeasant moment, calm and so luminous.  Perfect to fight again the jetlag.

  

Tonight we went at Pizza Express on Kings Road for supper.  Chantal and I, we tried the Leggera with it's legendary salad-filled hole in the middle of a pizza.   Very interesting as a concept.

We came back early because my friends had to recover for the night they missed in the plane.  That is the price to pay for a visit in Europa !
