Day 11 London

It was a slowly start this morning.  It is Sunday and there is nothing to hurry.

Julianne and Jade went to Notting Hill.  They wandered around little market and really enjoyed the area, but they needed to go back to see Big Ben another time..

Nancy, Joelle and me went for the Piccadilly tour.  I made some amendments because we started later than usuel.  We saw Piccadilly Circus, the Burlington Arcade and of course Fortnum and Mason, where we stayed for awhile.

We followed our route to Carnaby Street.  We had lunch in Kingly Court.  It was a first time for me.  Kingly Court is a food hub bringing together the best of British and International concept restaurants, in a vibrant court yard.  Joelle choose the resto : it was Skoryu, a Japanese restaurant. We all enjoyed our lunch.

Then, we walked on Carnaby street to Liberty.  From there, we took the tube to Covent Garden.  In fact, we never vist Covent Garden actually.  We just wander around Neal yard and the Floral Street.  We wnt at Kiko a make-up store where Joelle wanted to go.  In the middle of the afternoon, we stopped at the pub for a refreshed drink and we came back home.

Tonight, we went for the traditional sunday roast at Prince Albert, witj Julianne and Jade. The yorshire pudding were gigantic !!  It was a very pleasant moment.

The Albert Bridge is still stunning at night.
