Bristol... What can I say... It is different. I will have to read more aboiut this surprising city. It seem to be particular.
But first, here is my last views of Dartmouth from de bus stop.
We traveled easily from Dartmouth to Bristol. Bus at Dartmouth to Totnes. Train fron Totnes to Bristol.
Finding our hotel was a little bit difficult but we achieved with a little help from a gentleman on our way.
In fact it was at les than 10 minutes of the rail station. The trick was to go in the good direction.
We were lucky enough to have our room ready early. It is again a full sunny sky so we were happy to accès our room and take a shower before going to explore Bristol.
Here are some pictures of our first sight.
Before supper we had apero in a gay bar who welcome straigt peoples. It was sympathic.
For supper tonight we went to Marmo, an italian wine bar. It is another upscale restaurant... but hey... we are in vacations isn't it ? So we treated ourself good. It was pleasant to be able to see the chef work in the kitchen that was open to the restaurant.
Walking back home after that so delicious meal, we stop to admire the sunset on the Avon.
A not so bad 15674 steps today.
