Jour 17

Another fantastic day in my favorite city in the world.

In the morning, Carole left and by noon Marie-Josée, Hugo, Elise and Jade arrived.  I met them at the bus stop near the house.  They haven't sleep in the plane so they were very tired.  Anyway they followed the plan for a fast recovery of the jetlag: no sleep before 19h30.
We went to do the tour I always do with new arrivals.  Parliament, St-James-Park, Buckingham Palace, The Mall, Trafalgar Square, the Crypt for a tea break, the Jubilee bridge and back by the south path.  The itinerary was a bit modified for the traditional Ride London.  Several roads were closed to traffic.  On a positive note, it was much easy to cross the streets.

The girls were most impress by the bus, the red phone box and the crypt. For the parent, St-James park leave a very good impression.

After this afternoon well completed, we had pizza on our little terrace and it was finally time to go to bed.
