jour 1

I arrived!!  Tired, but so happy!  I started this british édition with a nice little "gueuleton" at l'Auberge St-Gabriel de  l'aéroport de Montreal.  It was delicious and absolutly a nice way to start a vacation.  I had a good flyght,...  I even managed to sleep, in small bits, but still... After the poor breakfast serving in the plane, I was dreaming for a proper coffee on the transit in Paris. What a deception!  After searching and turn around the terminal, I finally drank a so-so coffee from an Asian fast food.  Bof!  Anyway  London was waiting for me.  Buying Oyster card at Heathrow was pretty easy.  I felt like a pro.  Then I took the Piccadilly tube to Green Park and change line for Victoria and arrive at Vauxhall just the way it as suppose to be, but so relieved I was almost arrived to my destination.  Then I got lost on my way to  4 Thorparch Road.  I turn around the tube station a few times.  I was tired, my luggages was heavy, it was very hot and I was thirsty.  I felt a little bit decouraged.  But finally, I found my way.  When I arrived, it took a few minutes before the owners open the doors.  At that point, I have to admit I was a little bit worry, but they answered...  Fiou!  They are very nice.  They explained to me everything I may need to know.  After they left, I did the grocery, take a nice but light lunch in the cute little backyard and I am now ready to go to sleep very soon.  Last thing I may add, just in case you dont know:  I still love London.
